At least 50 hectares of forest burned in the small town of Santiago, 55 kilometers north of San José del Cabo. A fire in a palm tree forest in Baja California Sur damaged or destroyed at least 40 homes on Friday night. The fire burned about six hectares of forest, damaging dozens of properties. The area’s characteristic high winds blew the flames out of control.

In addition, day after day, some of the boats returned with blue (marlin) flags, along with red (release) flags, strung from top to bottom on the outriggers.
In 2021, Pisces Sportfishing boats had 6,407 billfish released for the ENTIRE year.
